 Ohh, very pretty! The only thing I see that is off is the right hand on the elf to the right. The pointer should be a smig smaller and the folded three fingers should show more.. Have no idea how to explain that part. 8\

Critiques
First off -- attitude! I just love that saucy pose of the blond girl's -- the slanded shoulders and tilted head look great, and those pouty lips are lovely!
You payed attention to giving each character a distinct look -- down to the shape of their eyebrows. I value that highly, especially since in some otherwise great and highly imaginative art, all characters look basically the same except for hairstyle and eye color. As a result, personality shines through each one.
Somebody has already mentioned the awkward posing of the upraised hand on the blond girl, and I second their advice on how to fix it. The thumb should touch the other fingers at the knuckles.
Points for the background too. It is simple in color but intricate in shape, and so it forms a nice background that sets off the characters (I especially like the elegant circle that frames the redhead).
